For this reason, the unique Anti-Friction (AF) additive blend ensures the highest quality standards required for optimum performance. It has excellent water resistance property.

LUBGARD Extreme Wire-Rope Grease allows for quick and easy application on chains, cables and wire-rope that operates in a high temperature environment. For industrial plants, it is highly recommended for applications on rollers and conveyors. In addition, it is recommended that it can be used in a slow speed, heavily loaded journal bearings, slide-ways, crossheads and sprockets. Furthermore, it can be used universally in Rubber Tyre Gantry Cable (RTG), fleet, agriculture equipment, chain saw bar and chain lubricants.

LUBGARD Extreme Wire-Rope Grease tackiness agent provides maximum anti-wear, anti-friction and clinging characteristics, reduces wear and journal bearing leakage. Its excellent penetrating capability enables the grease to penetrate the minute pores of metal surface where corrosion is most likely to occur. It has a unique capability to prevent “sling off”. Excellent load carrying performance enhanced by the presence of Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2).
